Jaclyn Silbernagel is a communications and community engagement leader with a futures-thinking mindset and a focus on action. As Director of Community Engagement at Vibrant Communities Calgary, she specializes in cultivating the high-trust relationships necessary to navigate complex environments. Jaclyn’s work is rooted in building authentic relationships, elevating the voices of those with lived experience and embedding Indigenous-informed approaches to ensure strategy is both inclusive and accountable. She builds partnerships, helping drive policy solutions through lived experience and organizational insights. By building and expanding the Enough for All Champion network, she fosters a collaborative ecosystem of multi-sector partners dedicated to enhancing well-being in Calgary. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Communications Studies from the University of Calgary and has a background in knowledge mobilization and strategic foresight.

A prairie kid at heart, Jaclyn’s perspective is shaped by her rural Alberta roots and a global life that’s included years in Vancouver and the UK. Now raising two children in Calgary, she is deeply invested in the city’s long-term resilience.
