Today, VCC released our 2023 Report to Community, reflecting on how we advanced the Enough for All strategy. It was an interesting year for Vibrant Communities Calgary. Amidst the worst affordability crisis in a generation, we focused on raising awareness about affordability and poverty, while fostering new and exciting collaborations. And all of this work was grounded in iih kanii tai staiiwa – our traditional Blackfoot name. 

Meaghon Reid, executive director of VCC, reflected on some key projects and milestones in 2023. 

Working to ensure people who live in poverty are supported and represented involves many organizations, collaboratives and Champions.
